Metaps and Tech Bureau reach agreement on Timebank ICO on COMSA Metaps, the first listed company in Japan to launch an ICO TOKYO – November 6, 2017 — Today Tech Bureau, a fintech and cryptocurrency solutions company, announced that it and Metaps Inc., a TSE Mothers listed fintech company and mobile marketing platform developer reached an agreement scheduled to commence by the end of 2017 at the earliest.
